I am really enjoying reviewing cookbooks with regional cooking as it is so much fun to explore the pallet of a different place that is very different from the Midwest. This book was no exception, filled with traditional Appalachian cuisine this book is utterly fascinating as it really explores the delicious food from that region but also tells a lot of the rich history and culture of the Appalachians which is very rich indeed.
This book had 80 recipes that are fabulous, such variety some of which are difficult and some which are quite easy.
Gorgeous book with breathtaking photography and detailed and easy to follow directions.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
