Vegan Comfort classics by Lauren Toyota

If anything can convince me that vegan food is delicious it is this book. I like meat a lot and feel like a lot of vegan recipes are poor substitutes but  this book sets out to prove that vegan recipes can be as good and sometimes I dare say can be better than their non-vegan counterparts,
Filled with amazing photography and delicious and healthy recipes this book is amazing.

Phoebe's Light by Suzanne Woods Fisher

Another delightful historical fiction from one of the best out there, really bringing history alive in such a way that draws you in and enjoying the book until the very end.
Focusing on the Quaker settlement in Nantucket  this book follows the lives of two strong women as they try to navigate their lives and love, hoping to be successful in both. Well written and engaging this book won't disappoint and one will really come to love the characters and how the grow and develop throughout the book.
This is the beginning of a very promising series, I cannot wait to read the next one in the series!

My opinion: What a fabulous collection of real life romances! This book was so much fun to read as you read about real couples who have gone through so much and have prevailed and kept their romance alive and survived in a world riddled with divorce. I loved how this book had stories of couples from all different stages of life and circumstances, the stories really resonated with me and inspired me to think about my own marriage and how I can strive to always put God first. Engaging and encouraging this book is an excellent read.I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
