8 simple tools for raising great kids by Dr. Todd Carmell

I was excited to receive this book as I am just starting out this parenting journey and I am wanting all the help I can get as I navigate these unknown waters. This book was every bit as good, if not better, than I was hoping. Filled with practical advice, this book was simple and yet very efficient. It breaks things down into short chapters that make it seem more manageable and easy to grasp even for those who aren't big readers. I appreciated the psychology behind many of his ideas, it all really makes sense!
I highly recommend this books for all parents out there no matter your child's age!
