The Basque book

What a gorgeous book with absolutely delicious recipes from the Basque country in Spain. This book is filled with some more simple recipes that don't seem as daunting but there are many that are very complex and are not ones I would feel comfortable doing on my own.
I love how this book has fascinating narrative that makes it all the more interesting. This is a large book filled with delicious recipes and beautiful photography.
