I was intrigued by the concept of this book as it really seems to talk about living a healthier life and taking better care of yourself. Written by a nutritionist who really knows her stuff and it really shows. I love how the concepts she introduces are really not to diet per se but to eat good foods, stuff that is good for your body and help you fight your battle with weight and even with diseases.
I am excited by this concept and am eager to try it out. She writes in an engaging and easy to understand manner and I really enjoyed it.
