What a fun cookbook for those who want to experiment with Japanese clay pot cooking. I have to say I had never even heard of Donabe before so I was utterly intrigued by the concept and how to go about doing it. This book is great for a beginner as it goes into the history and background of Donabe cooking. With many delicious recipes this cookbook is wonderful. My only complaint is how hard some of the ingredients are to find. but I live in the Midwest so it is probably much easier in bigger cities.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
