This book is a interesting memoir about the memory of bread from someone who loved bread and is having to live without it. Paul Graham loved bread and was devastated to find out at 36 that he could no longer have it. This book explores the world of living without gluten and how gluten is an additive in so many things. This book also talks about why so many people struggle with gluten intolerance and how living without is.
