The I Quite Sugar cookbook by Sarah Wilson

What an inspiring cookbook. It is very alarming just how much stuff sugar is put into, it is so hard to get away from it and yet many people can attest to the fact that they feel better and weight isn't as big of an issue.
This book makes eating sugar free a lot easier, with delicious and often easy practical recipes this book is so inspiring. I also love how the author talks about her own journey of cutting sugar out of her life which is encouraging. Filled with delicious recipes, gorgeous photography and practical advice this book has it all,
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
