The Low-Pressure Guide to Parenting your Preschooler by Tim Sanford

I was utterly thrilled to receive this book in the mail, even though my daughter is only 16 months I know that the preschool years are just around the corner (don't remind me!) and I felt that this book and so many of its ideas are applicable to kids even younger than preschool age.
This book does a great job at breaking down some of the pressure that parents face and going over why so many of them are really not what is best for both the kid and the parent and as a result is causing high stress.
I like how this book deals with so many issues parents face and is a gentle reminder that you need to do what is in the best interest of the child no matter what others say.
Such a good reminder that parenting doesn't have to be as stressful as we often make it and ways to simplify and get rid of some of the stresses.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
