All under heaven by Carolyn Phillips

This cookbook is so incredible. One really gleans more of an understanding of the complexities and huge variety in Chinese cooking. This book draws on centuries of Chinese cooking and is filled with so much fascinating information, I came away feeling it as not only a cookbook but in many ways a history book too!
This book has absolutely gorgeous photography that really just add to the recipes. Filled with complex and simple recipes alike this book is for anyone who wants to explore Chinese cuisine.
