I wasn't sure what to think about this book at first, I guessed right away who the valet was and I was not super impressed if that is what the big mystery was because it was pretty darn obvious. That being said I was pleasantly surprised that there was so much more to this book and that who the valet was came out pretty early on and was not at all the big mystery, With a cast of wonderful characters and intriguing secondary characters this book was a excellent read and I am excited that a new historical fiction author of such quality has come to light. I look forward to reading more books by this author. Let it also be noted that the cover of this book is so gorgeous and certainly did help pique my interest.
