My opinion: I loved this book! It was so inspiring to see a Mom positively handle weight with her daughter and help her lose the weight so she could have a healthy, normal childhood. I know it was inspiring to met to see how a normal Mom handled it and how it vastly improved Breanna's life. This was a great read and would be a great resource for those who have children who struggle with weight, I know it is one I will keep on hand. I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
