I was skeptical getting this book, any book that talks about permanent weight loss is probably too good to be true. After reading the book I am still not totally sure. It had some interesting parts and had some good advice but I am not sure that it will truly lead to a skinny gut or not. I am thinking of giving some of the recipes a try to see how it goes but until then I am still a bit of a skeptic.
